RETURN POLICY

Since our products are exclusively sold on Amazon, any product returns or exchanges will need to be handled through Amazon, following their return policy and procedures.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

WHAT IS COVERED:

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers defaults in materials and workmanship.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Improper care, neglect, or unreasonable use
• If you change your mind

Please keep in mind, over stuffing can cause damage to your wallet. If you put more cards in there than intended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

If you believe your product is defective and covered under this warranty, send us an email at support@travaci.com. Please include photos, an explanation of the issue, your order ID number, and the date of purchase. All warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

During the warranty period, if a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, we will repair or replace your product with an equivalent product. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit. Any refund issued would be at the sole discretion of J&M Tonk LLC.

EXCLUSIONS: 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
